Shenguan announced 2011 annual reports, sales up 45.1% yoy to RMB 1.15 Bn, net income up 57.5% to RMB 513.5 Mn. The company EPS reached RMB0.31 yuan/ per share, slightly lower than our estimate of RMB0.33 yuan. The company proposed annual dividend of RMB0.14 per share, which can translate into 44% payout ratio. The company expected to expand production lines to 220 lines at the end of 2011, implying 36.4% capacity growth.
